Why Tymber?
I believe there is no greater power than lived expertise fused with policy, data, and best practices to assist communities and organizations in our continuous fight for liberation. Over the years working with LGBTQ+ young people, advocating for LGBTQ+ and civil rights on capitol hill, and connecting with LGBTQ+ leaders across the movement have taught me that there is no one size fits all approach to doing this work. We must be flexible, open to learning, and understand that mistakes and imperfections are all a part of the process.
